6.00pm – 7.00pm ish… BBQ.
Club pre-meeting BBQ: BYO food and drinks. SRTC to provide undercover BBQ facilities. Toilets available.
7.00pm – 7.30pm. SRTC to host area familiarisation of 4wd track and practical training areas.
7.30pm – Club meeting in classroom 1&2. Can accommodate max of 60 people.
9.00pm – Meeting close.
